Find out how to access your new e-Banking.

Easy Access

To have access to CCB Brazil’s e-Banking services, you must register and sign the corresponding agreement at your bank branch or with your business manager.

Once you have registered, you will be given an access code, an access password and your electronic signature. Memorize them so that you can access your e-Banking whenever you want.

When accessing your CCB Brazil e-Banking for the first time, you must change your access password and the electronic signature that you received by mail.

To make this change, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to CCB Brazil’s website www.br.ccb.com.
  2. Click on <e-Banking>.
  3. Type in on your computer's keyboard, the access code that you received previously.
  4. Type in the access password that you received, on the virtual keyboard and click on the button <Next>.
  5. Change it into a new access password of your preference, from 8 to 14 characters, using numbers, letters (Uppercase and lowercase) and/or special characters.
  6. Type in again, your new access password to confirm.

Electronic Signature Change

  1. Access the e-banking, and click on the menu <Other Services> <Change Electronic Signature>.
  2. Type in the current electronic signature or the one you received by mail or SMS, using the numeric virtual keyboard.
  3. Change it into a new electronic signature of 6 numbers of your preference and click on the button <Next>.
  4. Type in again your new electronic signature for confirmation. Click on the button <Confirm>.
  5. You will receive the message “Your Electronic Signature was changed with success”.

For your safety, please memorize your access code, new password and electronic signature.

  1. Go to CCB Brazil’s website www.br.ccb.com.
  2. Click on <e-Banking> at the top right side on our website’s home page.
  3. Type in your access code using the virtual keyboard.
  4. Type in your password using the virtual keyboard.

Please note: Your access code will always be the same. After 5 incorrect attempts to enter your password, access will be blocked. In this case, please call the Corporate and Personal Customers Service Center – Accountholders.

Changing Your Password

If required, you can change your password as follows:

  1. Go to the main menu of CCB Brazil’s <e-Banking> home page.
  2. Click on <Other Services> and then on <Change Access Password>
  3. Type in your current password using the virtual keyboard.
  4. Create and type in a new password. Type in the password again in order to confirm it.

How to Unblock Your Access Password

  1. For safety reasons, your password will be blocked after five incorrect attempts. At the third attempt, the system will show an image so that you can continue with the two remaining attempts.
  2. To request the unblocking of your access password, please call the Corporate and Personal Customers Service Center – Accountholders.
